Our story

Maayuna is a cozy, countryside café nestled in the heart of Kibbutz Amir, founded by Maayan Tzur from Sde Nehemia. Born out of a love for hospitality, people, and truly good food, everything here is handmade – from the cakes and pastries to the salads and shakshuka – with a focus on freshness, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Mayona is a place to pause for a moment, take a bite, sip great coffee, and enjoy the calm of the Upper Galilee.
